Kim grew up in Florida and returned to the state when she settled in Tampa in 2001. Before her career in Real Estate, she held numerous positions - in various cities - in the Travel Technology Industry. She has a first hand experience of relocating, buying and selling properties, having averaged a move every 2 years during her 21 year career prior to real estate. In addition to becoming an experienced packer and mover, her professional responsibilities required skills ranging from Sales to Business Analysis, Management to Technology, and Contract Interpretation to Negotiations. Her Customer Service and Professionalism, coupled with these skills, enables her to successfully manage the numerous facets of the real estate business. She has further honed her real estate skills during the last several years in this ever changing real estate market.
